Cancel All Recurring Invoices

How can I cancel all recurring Invoices?

What I tried to do was edit the item being invoiced and setting it to $0.00 (Free) but square doesnt honor the editted price of the item.  Seriously: whats the point in being able to create inventory items if you cant edit them and have that edit take effect for all invoices that use that item?  Might as well make a custom item for each invoice.

Anyways... I just want to cancel all my invoices and leave square.  The management is terrible.

I'm very sorry for the frustration @tgwaste.

You can change the amount of an Invoice or recurring series, but not to $0.00. The minimum charge for an Invoice is $1.

If needed you can cancel each Invoice from the Invoices section of your in online Dashboard:

1. Click on the invoice you want to cancel.
2. Click Cancel in the upper right. Or click More > then click Cancel. 

You can choose whether or not to send a notification to the invoice recipient, and the invoice won't be payable.

This method makes canceling a lot of invoices incredibly painful.

I know, I'm really sorry. I can see how a way to cancel them all at once would be very useful.

You can end the recurring series, which will stop remaining invoices in the series from being sent: 

1. From the Invoices section of your Dashboard click Recurring. 
2. Click on a series > click End Series.

To cancel any Invoices that have been sent you'll need to follow the steps above.
