Canadian credit card

I'm trying to take a Canadian credit card but keep getting declined over the zip code issue. The card holder gave me 3 numbers and told me to add 00 to those 3 numbers as the zip code. I'm still getting declined.  Any other way?

Thank you for reaching out on the Community! 

Whenever you're taking a payment with an international card the postal code usually has letters and numbers that you will have to enter. Some sellers have had luck entering all zeros and the card will process.
