I had one of my stylist book an appointment and I was marked off that I was off. Why doesn't it tell her I'm unavailable?
Hi @Astylist85 👋 I want to make sure I have the right context before answering here! Where did you set your hours to be unavailable - on your Staff page within Staff Member Hours or on the Calendar page by pressing Customize Availability?
It would also be helpful to know when you marked that you would be out during the time the appointment was scheduled, and when the stylist actually booked the appointment. Thank you in advance for the detail!
