Can you easily change all items to a different tax rate?

I do different shows in different tax rate areas weekly, how can I change all items easil without having to go into each item?

Hey @TraceyLF 

If you navigate to Items>Sales Tax you will see a blue 'Apply to items" link on the right hand side of the tax line.  Once you click on that link, it will put up your items and you can then click select all.  That would quickly add/adjust sales tax for you.
