Is it possible to do invoices from your phone or laptop?

Yes to both! The Point of Sale app on your phone allows you to create, edit, and pay out invoices. Just tap the three bars in the corner and choose Invoices. More info is available from the help article.

From your laptop, log into your Dashboard and click Invoices on the left. Check out this help article for more info, including setting up recurring invoices and utilizing Card on File for payments.
