Can you arrange items within categories?

In Square Point of Sale, ITEMS within a CATEGORY appear in alphabetical order. It would be so much nicer if they would appear in the order they are created by. For example, if I want the ITEM "Fish Sandwich" to appear as the first ITEM when I open the SANDWICH CATEGORY I created, I would have to enter it as A. Fish Sandwich. The A. would make sure that it appeared first but makes for a sloppy Register Screen. Please consider a fix for this.

Hi @Ron, completely understand why you'd want to be able to specially order items within a category. Right now, as you know, they're in alphabetical order, but you can move popular items to your items grid.

I would also like to hear about how to rearrange the order of items on our new square mini terminal. It would be super helpful to our staff to be able to put the items in a better order than alphabetical. Plz Help!

Yes, I need this too. I would suggest Square use the order in an uploaded xlsx file or adding a column to your template that could order the items. Or go by SKU (I already assigned internal SKUs to everything to solve this porblem in another app).

Oh, I just realized this was about online store. Well I'm talking about within POS or actually we use Invoices exclusively. In any case, this is an important feature across the entire platform.
