Can we share one square reader for our non profit via various devices?

Thinking about using square for our non-profit organization.  Can various members use the same square on their devices?  (not at the same time)

The Physical reader can be used on any device at any time.  The Contactless reader is blue tooth so switching that from one device to another is possible but not quick.  The Swipe readers just plug and play.

Yes, that is fine to share readers.  The readers aren't tied to an account they use whatever account is logged into the device they are paired with.  So as long as everyone logs in with the same username and password it will all go to the same account.  You also could set up mobile staff if you wanted. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6129-get-started-with-mobile-staff
