Is there a way to minimize gaps in Appointments? When a client schedules right in the middle of a gap, it limits the services that I can do that day and leads to breaks and wasted time. I already have it set so that I have to approve appointments but moving them is a pain. I've been researching other schedulers and they offer settings that minimize this. I really don't want to go through the work to switch but I'm seriously considering it.
Same! This is so frustrating because we now get folks booking wrong services to get in because the gaps that are left don't fit the correct service.

And please comment an example of how many hours were wasted in a day due to unschedule-able gaps!
I'll go first - Today we lost 2 hours (at least $120 in lost revenue) across several 15-30 min gaps that don't fit a full service.
