Hello @SharkBite thanks for your question. Yes, you multiple people can share Square POS hardware with their own accounts. However, depending on how busy your store will be, it may be cumbersome...you'll have to logout and then log in to access each account. If you're not doing a lot of transactions, another option would be to each us a Square Terminal, or App on your phones. You can still add and manage inventory on a desktop or laptop computer for each of your businesses.
