Customers are trying to order, but at checkout are being told my store doesn't ship to the address they provide. How do I fix this?
Hi @Goatgoddess- Do you happen to know if those customers are using Apple Pay? Or are they just trying to pay by entering their CCard info?
It was CC payments, turns out the issue was with Weebly not with my ineptitude lol
I am having the same issue, what was the fix?
Issue was somehow the shipping destination region was reset to empty!
go to online option on dashboard and scroll down to settings > shipping > destination regions and rates and add regions!
for all those that saw their sales totally stop and were frantically trying to figure out whaddahappin!
I know this is an old thread, but I am experiencing the same issue with Apple Pay. Customers are ordering thru a Checkout Link and select Apple Pay on their phones, then get an error saying "website doesn't ship to your shipping address".
This only happens when they click on Apple Pay button on the ordering page. If they hit Checkout and go to the next screen and select Apple Pay button under express checkout. It works just fine. How do I get rid of the Apple pay button on the first screen?
Hi there @hfa1
Unfortunately, there is no option to just remove the Apple Pay button from the first page. The only way to remove that button is to turn off Apple Pay completely. However, we recommend contacting our Customer Success team directly to take a look at that button placement to confirm there is not an issue on your website. https://squ.re/2LW3Gz3
