Can't manually enter employee direct deposit

When trying to manually enter employee information for direct deposit, the form contunually throws an error concerning the filing status (married/single).  No matter what you select in that section the form will not validate.

@RodneyMorrison - So sorry to hear about the trouble! It sounds like it could be an issue tied to your browser. Would you mind sharing which you are using (https://www.whatismybrowser.com)? Have you tried from an alternate browser? I usually recommend Google Chrome.

I'm having this same problem. Please help! I'm up against the deadline to run payroll and I have emailed support with no answer. I've been on hold for support now 50 minutes. When I enter federal or state withholding information and click save I only get an error saying: "Please choose a federal filing status." The information is clearly in the box, but the form will not recognize it. I've tried this in IE, Chrome, and Firefox. I've cleared cookies and restarted browsers. Nothing is working.
