We used to be able to issue a coupon to a customer who provided feedback but it appears this function has been either removed entirely or relocated elsewhere. Does anyone know how to issue a coupon to a customer feedback?
With the new messages launch, the coupon-sending functionality may only be available via your Square Dashboard, if you are using an iOS device to access the Square Point of Sale app, @JW4624 - let us know if you aren't able to find this in your Dashboard!

Yes, but that only tells me how to see the messages. You're not addressing my question and resolving the issue we have.
@JW4624I see what you're saying. The coupon box that used to be in the stream of the message isn't there anymore. Look for the little plus sign next to where you type your response. Click on that and you'll get the option to add a coupon or do a refund (for negative feedback) now.
