Can’t access email

 Square is sending my digital receipts to an email account that I cannot access. What do I do?

Hi @asharpfamily! Just to confirm- you're talking about digital receipts that you receive from other Square sellers when you make purchases with them, correct?

 

If that's the case, you can go to the bottom of your most recent receipt and click the button that says "Not Your Receipt?" and unlink the email that the receipts are being sent to. The next time you make a purchase with another Square seller, you'll be prompted to enter in the correct email address and your receipts will start to automatically go there.
