Can someone help with reinstalling our receipt door?

Our receipt door has come off of our stand terminal, SPD1-01 and putting the door back on our paper is no longer delivering. We are wondering if the device is defective? If it is not serviceable. Or if it is something we are not doing correctly to seat the door so the receipts will deliver again. Prints only one line because the paper is not moving. Nothing appears to be broken at all. I notice two cogs. One on the door and the other internally. Both look fine, but I've no way to test with the door off that I am aware of. Thanks in advance to the group!

We can close this thread. I was able to resolve my issue with a strip of tape to hold the door closed for the receipts. Works great again. Thanks everyone!
