Can not access dashboard from my computer. I can access the to login in and i successfully do it but it goes to a update info page. I would updated and then saved but nothing happens. please advice
Sorry to hear about the issues! It sounds like you may be logging into the dashboard using an employee account (as opposed to the main email address tied to the account). Employees have a very limited view, similar to what you're describing.
