Can employees clock in (Timecards) on the Square Register?

We currently use the square stand and POS app as a register and for employees to clock in. Does the Square Register have this capability? All the support articles only mention the POS app.

@kDCYorke Timecards are absolutely available with Square Register! Your employees will follow roughly same steps to clock in/out from the Register listed in the Support Center. Where there's a slight difference that article says If using Square Register and describes the steps for you to follow.
