Can I use money that’s in my square account in the stores that except debit cards?

I have money in my account but I was wondering if I could use that money in the stores from the square account instead of transferring it into my back account?

Unfortunately I don't think that's possible — but Square is now offering Instant Transfers which may get you access to your money faster (if time is the issue): Set Up and Manage Instant Transfers | Square Support Center - US (squareup.com)
