Can I send my client their receipt as a PDF or Word document?

I have a client that is requesting a receipt in a pdf file or word document so that they can submit the receipt to their insurance company. Is there a way to do that?

If you or the customer opens the receipt online (you from Dashboard or the customer from email), you might be able to save it as a PDF through the print dialog. Otherwise the customer could forward the email to their insurance agent. You can send an email receipt through Dashboard if you hadn't sent one at the time of the purchase.
