Am I able to send a link to customers to enter their invoice payment themselves?
Yes! Your customer will automatically get an emailed invoice but you can definitely follow up with a shared link.
On the Dashboard when you're in the invoices screen, click on the invoice you want a link for. In the bottom right there's a Share option. Clicking that will give you a link you can copy and paste wherever needed.
From the app, with open invoices only, you can tap on the More button at the bottom. There's a share option there.

There is no link and no share option when you click the invoice from the dashboard. Although the invoice says the invoice created will not be emailed if the 'share manually' option is selected and that we will be able to get a share link afterwards, this is apprently not true.
If you're inside the Invoice itself (to edit it or when you're creating a new one) you won't see the share option. You have to be in the list of invoices, like seen below:
The Share Button is down in the lower right, on the Invoice Preview screen.
