We have an event where the capacity is 30. Can we limit square transactions to the set capacity instead of overselling?
As long as you use your Square for every sale, it should keep track till you run out of products
Thanks! Do we have to manually keep track? For example: I set up an item, and our associates are selling it to the guests at different locations. How will they know they we have reached capacity? Will the button automatically display a 'SOLD OUT' message?
when you were creating or setting up the items was it available at all your locations? If so, it will keep track of whatever stock or inventory you set up
