Can I process a refund without a transaction number or credit card information?

Wondering if there is any way to do a refund without the transaction number or credit card?

Hey @ewmitchell

If you know anything else about the transaction, like the day & approximate time, or the item purchased, you can search and scroll through your transactions on your dashboard/pos and try to track down the transaction that way. Once you find it, you can then refund the transaction!

Ive taken a payment via telephone call in and now need to refund it however Im not sure how to do that
