Can I print one Order Ticket at time of payment while utilizing Open Tickets?

I own a paint your own pottery studio. We currently utilize Order Tickets to track items customers paint as the pottery is left here, fired in the kiln  and then picked up at a later date. Customers come in and pick their pieces, paint, then pay at the end so that they can add snacks, drinks and/or more pottery through their experience. Ideally we would like to also use Open Tickets to track all the items and then print one Order Ticket at the time of payment. Is there a way to do this with out the Order Ticket printing each time something is added?

We have "Snack Bar" items turned off so they will not print on the Order Ticket, and create open tickets for Snack Bar, however it makes the check out process a lot easier if we could also track the pottery throughout their stay and have it only print 1 Order Ticket at the end.

Interesting question @blackdogpoterry! Is there a reason you need to print everything from the open ticket details at checkout? All of the items should appear on the customer's printed receipt. Do customers prefer to review their open tickets first?
