If your customer's information was entered into your Customer Directory at the time of the sale, you can export the directory so you can send out those "Thank you's".
To export your Customer List:
# Visit the Customers tab in your online Square Dashboard
# Click Import / Export > Export Customers.
# Click Download.
If you haven't entered any customer information into your directory, we are unable to share any email addresses that were entered for receipt purposes. But you can see a customer’s name on the bottom-left corner of a payment receipt if this information is made available to Square from their payment card. Receipts can be found in Transactions of your online Square Dashboard, but those names aren’t available in your downloadable CSV reports at the moment.
