Can I delete weebly site but still use my domain name?

When I first made my website I used godaddy. But then I thought I wanted an online store and after purchasing square I decided to switch over to weebly. After a few weeks with this website I absolutely hate it. It has no personality and I want to show my customers more about my business than I can using weebly. I also do not want an online store anymore. Can I unpublish my weebly website, but still keep my domain name and transfer it back over to godaddy?? HELP!
