The hours on my sales report do not match the actual time of the sale. Can I change the clock?
Square Point of Sale is pulling the time from the device it is on so if your iPad is not correct square will not be correct.
there is an option to set the time automatically in settings-general-date and time.
I have the same problem. I have changed the time on the device, but time stamp remains incorrect. I’m not seeing the auto set for time.

I signed up with a new 9th generation iPad, which I had not set the time before using. I have since corrected that. However, I took over an existing business that was using an older iPad model for the pos. It had the correct time from the beginning, but the time clock/day part is still three hours behind.

It might be worth checking your time zone settings in your Dashboard under Account & Settings > Business > Locations. From there, select your location and double check the time zone that's saved. Please let us know how you go!
