While we don't currently have a way to split up one transaction over a period of time, you can send your customer multiple invoices so their total payment can be broken up over a period of time.
You can set different due dates or label the items within the invoice as "installments" so you customer is clear that you are requiring multiple payments. Our Support Center can help get you started sending those invoices!
