Hello! Wondering how you guys setup your calendars to see future reservations available for customers? Also, does that block off slots that are already taken? We offer multiple services and need a calendar that integrates booking for future and now so we don’t have to answer availability questions? Thank you.
We are using Square Appointments for our 11 teachers to schedule their classes so they don't overlap each other because the team has permission to manage each other's spots so they can see each other's appointments. The appointments are blocked off once they are reserved and they open up when someone cancels. You can choose whether you want a cancellation fee or not, and when payment occurs. Your staff can set their own availability which here is far less of a headache for me, the appointment confirmation system is brilliant with a lot of settings that are helpful like auto-filled messages to the customers for reminders, etc. You can add services and we set up 2-3 months of availability at a time. It has saved us so many phone conversations - we used to book only via phone and it was terrible! You can enable Appointments from your Dashboard and there is also an app that some of my instructors use - others prefer to manage theirs using their own Dashboard login.
