Book Directly You have selected services that cannot be booked together online.

How come this keeps coming up when viewing booking page online?

Hello everyone, sorry for the delay! I'd recommend making sure that a staff member is set to be visible during online booking.

 

To do so:

  1. Go to your Appointments Staff page.
  2. Select the appropriate staff member.
  3. Make sure that either "Enable custom staff member hours" or "Staff member visible to client during online booking" is toggled on.
  4. Click the blue Save button.

This should do the trick! Please let me know if anything else comes up.

Tried this fix, but the "Book Directly - You have selected services that cannot be booked together online. Please contact XXCompany NameXX at XXPhone NumberXX or XXEmail AddressXX to complete this booking." message keeps coming up. What a hassle!

 

In my case, we only have one employee listed, and their hours are the same as the business hours. We also only have two services available to select, and only one is selected when the message appears.

@lisarosaves - I checked out your booking site, and I wasn't running into any issues. Were you able to sort this out? The key is making sure that "Staff Hours" and "Business Hours" line up.
