Blocking times but clients still able to book?

Hello!! I’m new to Square online booking. I have had a few different times, where I have times blocked off and people are still able to book.

1. I booked off the entire day for my sons birthday, and I have had two separate appointments booked.

2. Today I had a client able to book an hour massage. When there was only 30 minutes left in the day!!

help please!!

That definitely sounds weird @SM2. 

I recommend reaching out directly to our Appointments Support Team for this issue. Since we don't have access to your calendar on the Seller Community it would be really hard to troubleshoot this.
