Users are seeing a blank web page once an order has been placed. Anyone know how I can fix this? It looks like an order hasn't gone through, when it has. It needs a "thanks, your order has been placed" message. I'm on the free plan.
Hey @RachelMcCourty - there is normally an order confirmation page so sounds like something isn’t right there!
Can you share a link to your site?
Also, do you have a cookie banner/GDPR options active on your site?
If you want to try a web equivalent of ‘turning it off & on again’ you could unpublished then republish the site (you’d not loose anything) following the instructions here.
