Best Fulfillment option for online store for picking out of a warehouse?

I have started an online store and want to be able to have my employees pick from our warehouse. What is the best way to do this. The export into a CRV file is weak and I need a better solution. TIA

I'm sorry- I don't know if I'm understanding the full question. Are you wanting to know how to decrease inventory in the warehouse from sales that are done Online?

I would think this is what you are looking for with the option that when you sell something you can pull from multiple locations tracking inventory?

I need to be able to transfer in and out of one location. There is no retail sales whatsoever just storage.
