Square customer service is EXTREMELY INEFFECTIVE. I have yet to have a phone call go through and I do not see any clear answer to this on the "community board."
Can someone please advise if my Square account needs to be set up differently if I am seeking to pay myself as the owner of the company? I am stuck on putting in my UBI and L&I information but I don't think this is needed to pay myself - note, I am looking to pay myself and have payroll taxes deducted, I am not looking to complete is distribution. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.

You should be able to follow the steps outlined here to get your unique Customer Code and our phone number. Give us a call between Monday and Friday 6 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time, and enter in your code to speak with our Customer Success team.
