I'm wanting to cancel our loyalty subscription. Not enough people actually utilize it to justify the added expense.
That said, I don't want any customers who have already earned stars to lose them. Do customers retain their stars if/when I cancel the loyalty subscription? Are they able to still see how many stars they have?

I think once you cancel the subscription the stars are also lost.
You might be able to export the data into a report before cancelling so you can see who has earned what.
