Appointments: Is Employee access different depending on the device? (Apple/Android)

I have employees that use apple devices and android devices. My apple employees can see all the appointments on the schedule but my android employee cannot. Is access different depending on the device?

Hey @Nailandlasharti. Thanks for your question!

 

There are a handful of things that can be done in the Appointments app with an iOS device that cannot be done on an Android. One of those things being the ability to view multiple staff members calendars.

 

Our Product Team is working to bring more functionality to Android users who are using the Appointments app. When this happens, we'll absolutely keep everyone updated here in the Community!
