I have an employee that requires a credit card to reserve a time to do a specific service to ensure no call no show, but doesn’t require it on all services.
Hi @Indulgesaloncr! With Square Appointmetns no-show protection can be enabled for specific services.
So if this particular member of staff would like no-show protection enabled for some services and not others you can do that. However, this means that no-show protection will be enabled anytime a client books that service, no matter which member of staff they are booking with.
