I'd like to have some blocks of time available for in-person (in my office) appointments and others for telephonic appointments only. Is there a way to make clear that certain available appointment times are for phone appointments only? Thanks.
@Lina At this time your Appointments Preferences (shown below) will apply to all services and there isn't a way to set your preferences so certain services are phone only, and others are in person.

The workarounds shared by Chad in this thread might help, or if you haven't already you could put the appointment type in the service name and in the description.
