The weebly app is the only app for editing your online store. It's pretty much the same as using the online dashboard. However, if you don't have a computer where you're trying to work on it, the app will work. Personally, I find it easier to do on the online dashboard.
Just be sure to use the "log in with square" option, it won't recognize your credentials if not.
