An Item has disappeared from my Item Library multiple times! Need help!!!

I have added an item to my inventory and once finished with back end work added it to my website and marked as visible. Then out of nowhere the item disappeared! It’s not longer in my item library in the back end either! 
I didn’t delete it! Was for about a week then decided to start over and add everything again. Over 100 variations of the item with prices weights etc. 
Spent hours redoing it, and today it did the same thing and disappeared again. I need help!!! How can I find this item. I didn’t delete it!

I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding your online store and items. Just to clarify, is it one specific item that keeps disappearing? If so, which item is it and can I please get the URL to your website? Thank you!
