Yes, as soon as the transaction is finalized, the funds are available on your Card.

I don't know that I would say instantly, but within 10 minutes or so for the transactions to actually take place.  It could be a lot faster, maybe just seconds, but I'd give it a chance to work its way thru the CC system.
