How to get same item a retail and whole sale price and when either are used its removed from main stock. Without having to split same product stock under both headings.

Can you provide and example of what you're seeing and maybe a few more details on the issue that you're running into? You should be able to setup your Inventory Reporting and Cost of Goods from your Dashboard.
