Adding tip after transaction is complete

When I started using Square years ago there was a way to add a tip after they had signed and completed the transaction. Now, I can't seem to find it. Is there still a way to do that?!

tipping is done before they sign and finish the transaction.

maybe you were using the sign and tip on paper option where you settle the transaction later?

No, I never did do that. I've never had a printer!
