Is there a way to add an attachment (in my case our Booking & Cancellation policy) to all invoices without having to manually do it every time? Like when we make changes in settings and those show up on all invoices and on the app? I would like to include all the info, but I feel it is too bulky for the message section. Other issues are if I am on my phone, I cannot upload the pdf and if an employee forgets to attach it, there might be an issue. Let me know if you need more info.

At the time- there isn't a way to add an attachment to all invoices in bulk like you're looking for.
You should be able to upload PDFs from your phone as well but I know working from a computer/laptop is typically better for uploading documents.
Have you tried using the Invoices app solely instead of Point of Sale?
