Account Manager

I moved from an unpaid (except for c/c fees) service to a paid service recently. I haven't ever had an account manager or anyone to contact directly. Does anyone else have this problem?

I understand having a point of contact is important, especially as a busy business owner. I am happy to get in touch with our team and make sure you are assigned an Account Manager and will ask them to reach out.
