A single employee was put in 3 times using different emails and such, but none will work due to the duplications in the feed so how can I delete all 3 so I can start fresh with all new information and not get errors like duplicate emails or social security numbers. I need to just start over - it is a new employee.

You can use the Remove from Payroll feature to get this fixed.

Hello. I have this same problem. I’ve tried to deactivate and start over and it tells me I can’t add the new one because there is already an employee in the system with the same ss#. How do I delete them permanently and start over?
