Accepting Cash is not appearing

The option to select Cash is not appearing after we select charge. How do we add this?  We have refreshed the app on our iPhone and iPad already

You may noy have Cash enabled as a payment type.  From your mobile (not PC) Dashboard, tap the 3 horizontal lines (menu), then Settings, then Payment Types.  Make sure the Cash type switch is enabled.  That should solve your problem.
