A customer has asked for a receipt the following day. How do I generate a receipt after the fact?

At the time of purchase a customer did not want the receipt but now the next day she wants one. How do I generate this? Thanks

Great question, and it's super easy as long as you have some details about the transaction!


You can go into your Transactions tab on your POS or on your Web Dashboard (https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions) and find that sale.

 

Once you find it, click on it, and click Send Receipt and you can Print or Text or Email it!

 

If you're having trouble finding it, you can search & filter your Transactions on the Web Dashboard by Item, Card Number, Receipt Number, Total $, or a bunch of other metrics.
