Preorder Times

How come the Square for Restaurant doesn’t have the very basic feature of allowing us to enter a specific pickup time if a customer calls in an order to be picked later in the day? We get lots of preorders and the preorder just gets sent the our KDS. I can put the pickup time in the notes but with so many orders the KDS just gets so cluttered and unmanageable. This feature is available for online orders. If customers order online themselves they can set specific pickup times and their orders won’t be sent to the KDS right away. We need this feature available for call in or in person ordering that allows the same function when we are entering the ticket in our POS station
