Feature Request - Ability to assign Appointments at the appointment level, not just the item level.

This feature request would be very useful for those in the field service industry. Right now, to create an appointment for another member of our team and a customer, we must create an item/service within that appointment and assign it to that user. I see this as useful for workflows where you see multiple team members in one appointment (for example, maybe a salon/barbershop), however in this case a team member would be visiting a customer at their location.
Another point: Ability to drag the time of the appointment directly from the calendar pane--for example, just dragging from 8 am to 12 PM straight from the UI so that it blocks that 4 am time window once the appointment is created. This saves time rather than adding line items with the times and additional blocked time at the appointment pane itself.
