Does Square have the ability to create a contract with a client?

I know its an old thread but could really use your help. Is Square Contracts available only in US or in Canada as well? I have another thread open in the "new to square" section, but can't seem to find the information or see the Contracts within any of the settings. Thanks in advance for your help!
