Customer files to fill out, print etc

We use both the retail app for our retail portion of our business and we use the appointments app for the ferment on premise portion of our business. AGLC requires each customer to fill out a form when coming in to brew, we also have information on the forms that needs to be filled in (dates etc). Our customers are also required to sign these forms. 

 

I tested out adding the customers information to our forms, this way they don't have to fill them out every time, and uploaded it to their customer account. However, from the iPad appointments app or retail app there is no way to print, use the pencil or fill out any information on the form. the only 2 options available are Rename or Delete. It would be very helpful be able to fill in, sign and print the files we save in customer accounts.
